Mr. Lai has been practicing over 20 years in different cities, Hong Kong (The Prince of Wales Hospital), Macau (The Centro Hospitalar Conde de S. Januario) and Melbourne. He was the Manager of Physiotherapy Department of a leading social service organization in Hong Kong, responsible to operate a physiotherapy clinic, supervise and provide training to a physiotherapy team and participate in making policy on development of rehabilitation service of the organization.
Apart from clinical experience, he also participated as official physiotherapist in different international and local sport events:
